Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains how Soundz, Inc. handles personal information when you shop with us, use our website, contact us, or use our dealer and event services. The Soundz PS-DSP Android app is addressed separately below.

Information you provide

  • Orders and appointments: Name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, products purchased, transaction details, and information about your motorcycle or installation.
  • Support and inquiries: Messages, photos, order details, warranty information, and other information you choose to send us.
  • Dealer and staff access: Business and contact details, login information, applications, and information submitted through restricted tools. Ordinary customers do not need a customer account to purchase.
  • Event submissions: Submitter contact details, event information, images, and review notes. Approved event details and images may be published on our website and event channels. Internal review notes are for Soundz review.
  • Marketing preferences: Contact information and your choices about receiving communications.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or Social Security numbers through our contact forms or email.

Website activity, cookies, and analytics

Our website and service providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring links, and interactions with products, the cart, and checkout. Cookies and similar technologies support shopping sessions, restricted logins, security, analytics, and marketing.

Optional Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta (Facebook) website tracking are blocked until you accept their respective Analytics or Marketing category. You can reject optional tracking and continue shopping.

We use Google Analytics to understand website use and shopping activity. Shopping events can include product identifiers and names, quantities, prices, cart activity, and order transaction identifiers and totals. Google receives technical information from your browser. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

When you accept Analytics tracking at checkout, we may also send purchase and refund events directly from our server to Google Analytics. These events include product identifiers, quantities, amounts, an order transaction identifier, and the Analytics client/session identifiers used to connect the transaction with your website visit. This helps us measure completed purchases even if you do not return to our website after payment. This server connection does not send your name, email address, phone number, billing or shipping address, payment-card details, or messages, and it does not grant permission for advertising personalization.

Server-side reporting uses the Analytics choice recorded at checkout. Turning off Analytics stops future browser tracking and, where we can associate the browser with an order, future server-side reporting for that order. To apply a withdrawal or deletion request to past orders, including when you use another browser or have cleared cookies, contact us using the details below. Turning off tracking does not erase information already sent.

We also use Mailchimp’s WooCommerce integration for customer communications and marketing. It can connect contact and order information with shopping activity and interactions with marketing messages, such as opens and clicks. See Mailchimp’s Intuit privacy statement.

If you accept the Marketing category, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits to our website from our Facebook and Instagram advertising. It records the pages you view along with technical information from your browser, which Meta receives. See Meta’s privacy policy.

How we use information

  • Process payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping and installations, and handle returns and warranty requests.
  • Respond to questions and provide product and technical support.
  • Manage dealer relationships, restricted access, and event submissions.
  • Understand website performance and improve our products, services, and shopping experience.
  • Send relevant communications, promote Soundz, and measure marketing and advertising results.
  • Maintain records, prevent fraud, secure our services, and meet legal obligations.

Payments and financing

Payments are handled by payment providers, including Square. If you choose Affirm financing, Affirm handles its financing process under its own terms and privacy disclosures. We receive information needed to process and support your order, such as payment status and transaction references. Enter payment and financing details only in the provider’s designated payment flow.

When information is shared

We share information as needed with providers that support our hosting, online store, payments, shipping, email, analytics, marketing, and customer support. These providers process information to deliver their services; some also process information under their own privacy notices.

If you book an installation at a rally or through a dealer, we share the details needed to schedule and complete it (your name, contact details, motorcycle and build information, and preferred date) with the independent Soundz dealer performing the installation.

We use advertising and marketing services to reach customers and measure results. Depending on the campaign and service, information used for these purposes may include online identifiers, shopping activity, and contact information used to match or manage marketing audiences. Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws. You can contact us using the privacy choices below to request an opt-out applicable to your information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or protect rights and safety, at your direction, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Links, embedded videos, maps, social content, and messaging services may connect you with third parties that receive information about your interaction. Independent dealers and third-party platforms have their own privacy practices.

Your privacy choices and requests

  • Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. Necessary order and service communications may still be sent.
  • Website cookies and tracking: Open Privacy Choices to accept or reject optional Analytics and Marketing tracking. Necessary cookies stay enabled for shopping, security, restricted logins, and saving your privacy choices. Your choice is stored in the wpconsent_preferences cookie for up to 180 days. You can change it anytime; withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the affected scripts.
  • Browser privacy signals: Our website consent controls are configured to recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) and turn off optional tracking for that browser. Preferences apply to the browser/device you use. Clearing cookies or using another browser may require you to make your choices again.
  • Advertising and broader requests: Turning off Marketing opts out of the advertising-related website tracking controlled by this panel. It does not unsubscribe you from email or automatically remove information previously provided to Soundz or marketing services. To opt out of contact-list audience use, request deletion, or apply a request to information associated with you, contact us below.
  • Browser settings: You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect your cart, checkout, or restricted login. Browser controls do not stop every form of data processing.
  • Google: Google’s information page linked above includes ad settings and an Analytics opt-out option.
  • Privacy requests: Email [email protected] or call 605-274-3535 to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or an opt-out of marketing, sale/sharing, or targeted advertising. You do not need an account to contact us.

Available rights depend on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before fulfilling a request. Some information must be retained for transaction records, warranty support, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We will explain any limitation on a request. You may use the same contact information to ask us to reconsider a decision or appeal where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including order and accounting records, warranty support, business relationships, security, and legal requirements. Contact us to ask about information held about you or to request deletion, subject to those requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, email system, or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Soundz PS-DSP Android app

The Soundz PS-DSP Android app controls compatible audio hardware through Bluetooth. It collects no data and shares no data with third parties, as disclosed in its Google Play Data safety information.

If you contact Soundz for app support, we handle the information you send us under this policy.

Children

Our shopping and business services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Soundz, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
