Soundz systems come with a tiered warranty based on how and where the system was purchased and installed:

• 12 Months: Applies to individual components (parts & accessories, speakers, amps, etc.) purchased separately and installed by the customer or a third party.
• 18 Months: Covers full Soundz kits installed by any party, provided the installation was performed correctly.
• 36 Months: Covers full Soundz kits installed by a Soundz-Certified Installer at a Certified or Signature Dealer.

This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from:

• Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
• Exposure to excessive water, heat, pressure washers, or harsh chemicals
• Physical abuse, cosmetic damage, or submersion
• Competition use or unauthorized repairs

Like any powerful Class-D amplifier, Soundz systems can create some electromagnetic interference—especially on bikes using internal or fairing-mounted antennas. We design our systems to minimize EMI—but if you’re sticking with FM or AM, expect some signal degradation. It’s a known trade-off with real performance.

That said, we’ll be blunt: FM, AM, and built-in SiriusXM are terrible sources. They’re heavily compressed, low-resolution, and simply can’t deliver the clarity or dynamic range our systems are built for. If you want your system to shine, start with a clean signal.
