Soundz FAQ

Soundz components are designed for motorcycle use, but weather resistance does not mean they can be submerged or pressure-washed. Protection varies by component and depends on correct installation.

Keep the fairing, seals, and wiring properly fitted. Avoid pressure washers, forceful hose nozzles, and chemical cleaners on speakers or electronics. Follow the care instructions for the exact product.

Normal rain and high-pressure cleaning are different exposures. Water damage is not automatically covered by warranty. See the care guidance and warranty exclusions, or ask tech support if equipment has been exposed to water.
